December is the darkest time of the year, its where your deepeest stories are both remembered and new seeds are sown before the new year.
This retreat is an opportunity to come to untangle love, money and loneliness from the old stories you've carried for your family, and step into the new year standing in your own place.
Christmas may also bring new layers of disappointment, grief and loneliness.
This retreat is here to resource this part of you that goes in that darker space to acknowledge but not dwell there.
Its time to take steps to better with your inner stories around this life long themes.

The morning will include Grounded Guidance through Breath work, Mediation and Systemic Constellations infused with Reiki energy throughout. (A constellation which comes from Family constellations is a way of mapping where you are right now and where you want to get to - it helps with manifesting your heart's desires and disentangle you from loyalities that hold you back)
