I qualified as a life and business coach in 2018 and continued my studies while working full-time.

While still working as a Marketing Director for Salesforce, my coaching training enhanced my leadership skills.

Took time off to care for my mother in her final months, pausing work commitments to savour that precious time.

Used coaching to support me through grief, something I never would have done before and returned to work with a plan to transition into self-employment.

Resourced myself with the Wim Hof Cold Method and sea swimming, enabling me to take clients online during Covid.

Discovered systemic coaching, diving deep into training in Ireland and the UK.

In July 2023, I left corporate life and launched Beyond the Norm Coaching, turning my dream into reality.

Now, I’m living my dream, helping teams, leaders, and individuals navigate their transitions while still enjoying my life to the max.
